    Becca, these are great swaps. My favorite are the zucchini noodles which I probably make once a week. All I need is butter and salt and I am good to go. My husband will even eat them! Oh, and your photos are looking top-notch lately! I love the one with the food in the bowls

  13. all of these swaps are great ideas!!!! for some reason i cant get on board with spaghetti sqaush. i have heard great things about pureed prune for baking as well.

  16. I am totally pinning this post because it is on point for my goals right now!! I have never seen packaged cauliflower rice/pearls… that is SUPER handy!!

    • Yay! I am SO glad you enjoyed the post, and that it was helpful for you. I found that big package at Sprouts, but I’ve seen bags of it at Kroger and Trader Joe’s as well. It’s usually in the refrigerated pre-cut veggie section!
