This looks amazing! As a kid, chicken pot pie was one of my favorite meals. So comforting. I like that this is cassserole-style. Seems like it’d be a bit easier to make!

  3. Dana says:

This is such a good idea. I’ve always had chicken pot pie, but i’ve never tried turkey!

  5. Candy Kage says:

Love making pot pies from all kinds of left overs. Some will have meat and some turn out to be all veggies. Whatever I have on hand.

  6. Jessica Bradshaw says:

Trader Joe’s is my best friend. I swear, I am there 1-2 times a week. I know a lot of the people by name. It’s my happy place. I like it better than Target. tehe.

That being said, this looks and sounds fantastic. I am a huge fan of chicken pot pie, so leftover turkey pot pie sounds all kinds of good.

    • I love how sweet the people at Trader Joe’s are always so friendly and helpful! I wish there was one closer to where I lived. And grocery-wise I DEFINITELY love it more than Target!
And the recipe was so so good! Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner leftovers.

Okay, I pinned before I was even finished reading the post because you totally sold me! This sounds so delicious!!

  14. You need to give it a try!! I LOVE making my crust from scratch, and as long as you have a pastry cutter, it’s super easy to do. And you can make it a little better for you by using whole wheat flower and coconut oil.
